HARRISBURG — Five new cadets will be joining the ranks of the state police in Butler after graduating from the State Police Academy in Hershey recently.

Those troopers include Butler County native Francis Walters as well as Bertha Cazy of Philadelphia County, Tyler Dubovi of Armstrong County, William Nadolsky of Centre County and EricPorter of Westmoreland County.

These troopers were among the 97 cadets representing the 150th graduating cadet class.

The ceremony at Bishop McDevitt High School marked the culmination of 27 weeks of classroom and physical training.
