PITTSBURGH — A Cabot man died Tuesday of injuries related to a head-on vehicle crash in June at the intersection of Route 356 and Bonniebrook Road in Jefferson Township.

Glenn D. Robinson, 60, died at UPMC Montefiore. Robinson suffered severe lower-body injuries following the crash and was flown by STAT medevac helicopter to Pittsburgh for treatment.

Robinson’s wife, Shirley, also was injured in the accident and was flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

The accident happened when Glenn Robinson and his wife were driving north in a Chevrolet pickup truck, which collided with a GMC Terrain being driven by a woman whose name was not available.

At the time of the accident, police could not determine the cause of the accident. The investigating trooper was not available for comment Tuesday night.
