McConnells Mill State Park, Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County off Route 422, will host the 24th annual Heritage Festival, celebrating the operational time of the historic gristmill from 1852 to 1928, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
