Grove City College’s various student arts departments will be showcasing their students’ work during a family weekend from Thursday, April 25 through Sunday.

The weekend begins with a performance by Orchesis dance company. Its “The Elements” show is set for 8 p.m. Thursday. This show will be rerun at 8 p.m. Friday and 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Friday brings a double-feature of concerts at the Pew Fine Arts Center. At 6 p.m. the Grove City College Singers, a treble choir of approximately 25 singers, present “Songs from Stage and Screen” followed at 7:30 p.m. by a concert from the college’s Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble.

The College Jazz Ensemble and Stage Band will perform at the Crawford Hall auditorium at 1 p.m. Saturday.

The Physical Learning Center will host the All College Sing at 7 p.m. Saturday, which pits Greek and housing groups against one another in a singing competition.

Finally, Harbison Chapel will host a concert with the college’s various choirs at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
