8:50 p.m. Tuesday — David L. Geibel, 54, of Butler is accused of twice pulling down his sweat pants and exposing himself to a Butler Ambulance Service employee. The ambulance had gone to Geibel's Cleveland Street home to take him to Butler Memorial Hospital.Geibel is charged with open lewdness.Tuesday — Police filed two misdemeanor charges against Dakota Taylor, 18, of Summit Township stemming from the alleged fondling of a 13-year-old girl June 2 at an East Penn Street home.The girl, who police identified only by her initials in court documents, told authorities that Taylor touched her private areas with his hands.Police on June 28 spoke with the suspect, who repeatedly denied that he inappropriately touched the girl.Police charged Taylor with two counts of indecent assault.
11:05 a.m. Tuesday — Minivans driven by Richard Riemenschneider, 83, of Prospect and Robert Young, 80, of Butler collided at Evans City and North Eberhart roads. Police said Riemenschneider was cited for making an improper left turn and Young was cited for driving with a suspended license and a turn sign violation.1:46 p.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Fallon Bachman, 18, of Butler struck a cement barrier and embankment on Route 422 between Route 8 and East Jefferson Street. Police said Bachman was cited for careless driving and unspecified equipment violations.
6:20 p.m. Wednesday — Cheryl A. Phythyon, 60, of Chicora was hurt when the sport utility vehicle she was driving struck a pole along Henricks Road near Clearview Circle in Center Township. Phythyon, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Police said she was cited for a lane violation.
1:25 p.m. Tuesday — Robert J. Burns, 19, of Sligo suffered minor injuries when he crashed the motorcycle he was driving on Route 68 in Toby Township. Police said Burns was cited for careless driving.
Tuesday — Fishing equipment was stolen from a Templeton man's boat along the Allegheny River on Mahoning Road in Pine Township. The property was taken between 11 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. Tuesday.
