Helen Maxine Wiles Barger, 75, of East Brady died Tuesday at the Chicora Medical Center.

Born March 2, 1935, in Bradys Bend Township, she was the daughter of Hadley and Carrie McIntyre Wiles.

She previously worked at Magnetics. She graduated from East Brady High School.

She enjoyed playing bingo.

She is survived by a brother, Robert H. "Tweeter" Wiles of Butler; a sister, Margery Kruise of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy V. Barger, who she married March 28, 1956, and who died May 30, 2002. Also preceding her in death were a sister, Geneveive Moore, and two brothers, Boyd and Ronald Wiles.
