Alice H. Stewart, 82, of Mars died Sunday.

She enjoyed sewing, making crafts and caring for her family.

She was the loving wife of the late Joseph F. Stewart; mother of Linda (Paul) Fulmer, Richard (Lois) Stewart and Joseph (Irene) Stewart Jr.; sister of Valeria Davis; grandmother of Joyce (Chuck) Cubarney, Laura (Anthony) Bennett, Gregory (Jill), Ricky, Joseph (Jessica) III, Yvonne and Donna Stewart and Patricia (Sean) Medina; and great-grandmother of Joshua Cubarney, Isabella and Caleb Bennett, Bleuanna, Zoey, Alice and Hope Cambria, Kenneth, Joseph IV, Ethan, Hailey and Silas Stewart and Mackenzie Medina. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Gertrude, George, Agnus, Irene, Ruth, Martha, Elanor, Joe, Francis and Gerard.

<B>STEWART </B>— Friends of Alice H. Stewart, who died Sunday, May 18, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>H.P. BRANDT FUNERAL HOME</B>, 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
