John E. "Jack" Miller
John E. "Jack" Miller, 73, of Portersville died Friday at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Born Nov. 26, 1934, in Warrendale, he was the son of the late Bernard C. and Mercedes Nuttall Miller.
Mr. Miller was an Army veteran. He worked as a mechanic and then as a driver for Motor Express for 35 years at their Cranberry Township terminal. He was a former member of the Elks and Harmony Moose.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Casey Miller, whom he married July 13, 1998; two sons, Brian Miller and his wife, Ronda of Evans City, and Roger Miller and his wife, Chris Miller of Cranberry Township; two stepdaughters, Kimberly Rygiel and her husband Matthew of Freedom, and Kathy Twaddle of Saxonburg; two sisters, Patricia Fenwick of Kentucky, and Marilyn S. Miller of Zelienople; a brother, William P. Miller of Zelienople; three grandchildren, Jay, Chad and Kaylee Miller; and a stepgrandson, Chad Rygiel.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris McMillen Miller; a daughter, Kimberly Miller; and two brothers, Richard and Robert Miller.
