Mary K. LaVan, 56, of Harrisville died Saturday.

She was the beloved wife of William H. LaVan and the late Thomas Bischoff; mother of Mary Bolar, Traci Bell, Thomas Bischoff, Tammy Thomas, Maggie Young, Myron Michaels, John Michaels, Michael LaVan, James LaVan, Ruth Vanistendael and Jennifer Kellar; and daughter of Ralph Raleigh Sr. and the late Maggie Raleigh. Also surviving are 28 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was the sister of Connie, Clara, John Wayne, Debbie, Margie, Ralph Jr., Barb, Bill and Jen Finnigan.
