Zelno

Milton Francis "Mitch" Zelno, 67, of 651 Keister Road, Slippery Rock Township, died at 8:45 p.m. Sunday at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio after a 3-week illness.

Born in Peckville, Lackawanna County, May 15, 1940, he was the son of the late Milton Carl Zelno and Helen Konosky.

He retired from Verizon in New Castle.

Surviving are his wife, Roseann Radzelovage Zelno, whom he married Oct. 5, 1963; two daughters and sons-in-law, Wendy and Terry McConnell of Acworth, Ga., and Jacqui and Shawn Bergman of Boone, N.C.; three sisters, Fran Heaney of Mineola, N.Y., Marilynn Charsky and her husband, Rich, of Ithaca, N.Y., and Denise Galeano and her husband, John, of Tunkhannock, Wyoming County; and a brother and sister-in-law, Nicholas and Sandra Zelno of North Huntington. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Alexandra, Katelyn and Mitchell.

<B>ZELNO </B>— Friends of Milton Francis "Mitch" Zelno, who died Sunday, July 15, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Smith Funeral Home</B>, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.
