Ratcliff

John Victor Ratcliff Jr., 60, of Butler died at 11:30 a.m. March 1 at his home.

Born Feb. 26, 1947, in Huntington, W.Va., he was the son of the late John Victor Sr. and Norma Nellie LeGrande Ratcliff.

He was a land surveyor for several companies.

Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer Ratcliff of Athens, Ohio; a son, John Ratcliff of Butler; three sisters, Mrs. Jerry (Mertie) Haag of Masury, Ohio, Patricia Moore of Moore, S.C., and Clarice Pemberton of Proctorville, Ohio; three brothers, James and Michael Neff, both of Proctorville, and Larry Ratcliff of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
