Its very interesting to me how people here post to eachother instead of to the forum. They make subjects out of names and respond personally. This cherrleading debate is really something. An educated lady, writes in to voice an opinion, and all who disagree with her heap on and disparage her personally. Look at how the posts assume the writer is jealous of cheerleaders. I doubt it! Anyone who writes like that and knows how to use grammar and citations doesn't need any finger wagging from anyone here. And her point was about how cheerleading as a sport comes with a cloud for female students. Maybe she was once a cheerleader, and pretty, and popular, and smart. What a wave of vicious responses - even a father of a current cheerleader went on the attack, which would do more to prove her point than his. And she said nothing at all about BHS girls. That was mentioned nowhere, only in the responses.
