Although I do not know Jennifer I know similar situations. Ignorance and deliberate nastiness is another problem area with the parking situation. we all face the same parking dilema, and as citizens of Butler County if all of us practice common RESPECT for each other it might get a little better. RESPECT may be for the dead, but the living need it more.
