Dave weather or not the house I park my car in front of lives a senior citizen and there are no painted lines whats considered 2 spaces? Its a public street open for anyone to park. Yes you may own the house but not the street in front of it. Get over it. This winter make sure you shovel me a nice spot in front of your house for me to park in as Im free to park where ever I want to and there is nothing you can do about it legaly. Now from the sounds of your post you would be one to destroy property of someone parking in your city owned public parking spot in which the police will visit you ,should you touch my car, maybe you need to move to a place that has a driveway so your spot is there every time you come home.
