The taxpayers of Butler, that also are employed in Butler, must also pay a chunk of their wages to park. Citizens in some areas are made to pay parking by their home. Parents have to pay to park to pick children up from school. We are very sick of this. Anger Management you say??? Yes Marsha, perhaps you should try it, it costs me too much to park there.
