Tyler Geary and Rob Briggs delivered key hits in the top of the seventh inning as Saxonburg Thrower rallied past Freeport, 8-7, in Mid-County Colt League play recently.

Geary and Nick Cottage had two singles each for the winners and Briggs' third single of the night produced the winning run. Dustin Harvey came on in relief and struck out seven in two-plus innings.

Justin Bollinger struck out eight in a losing cause for Freeport.
