On Dec. 17, I had successful back surgery at Butler Memorial Hospital to repair slipped discs and spinal stenosis. Unfortunately, within a few days, I developed several medical complications that extended my stay for a total of 25 days. I would like to acknowledge the excellent care, kindness and consideration of all the doctors, nurses and other staff members who had a role in my care. My experiences at Butler Memorial always have been extremely positive, and I and my wife can’t praise the hospital and all attending staff enough.
