I would like to thank Tara Smith and all the volunteers who took time out of their busy schedules to clean up Herman Road in Summit Township. I was amazed to see all the black plastic bags they filled while driving into town.

I can only hope people will consider taking their trash to a proper dump, putting it in their own garbage for pickup or otherwise finding a proper way to discard it. It is a sad statement that people have to continue to clean up our roadways because others are too inconsiderate to do so.
