Tuesday — Christopher M. Batch, 20, of Pittsburgh was charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, as well as one count of giving false identification to law enforcement, after police allegedly discovered large amounts of cocaine and heroin in his possession while serving an arrest warrant at 325 W. Jefferson St.11:46 p.m. Monday — Todd D. Allen, 42, of Butler was charged with DUI and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle after the car he was driving allegedly struck a car owned by Gordon P. Frole of Butler that was parked on North Main Street, near Cunningham Street.3:24 a.m. Monday — Angela M. Crawford, 23, of Karns City was charged with DUI and careless driving after her vehicle crashed into a utility pole guide wire and rolled onto its side at the intersection of South Sixth and Hansen avenues.2 a.m. Monday — Billie Jo Henry, 35, of Butler was charged with DUI, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, failure to obey traffic signals and driving on the wrong side of the road following a traffic stop on Chestnut Street. Henry also was charged with simple assault after her husband reported she struck him following her release from police custody an hour later.6:46 p.m. Saturday — Kenny Ray Kuhns, 43, of Butler was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on West Birch Street.12:48 p.m. Saturday — Dean R. Krelko, 48, of Butler was charged with theft by unlawful taking after he allegedly stole his neighbor's purse while at her home. The purse was later found in a trash bin near the residence.5:55 a.m. Sunday — Kenneth D. Wise, 34, of Butler was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly cut the face of Jennifer M. Pennington, 25, of Butler, with a razor blade as she lay in bed at her Jefferson Street home. Pennington declined medical attention. Wise was jailed briefly, but released Monday after posting a $15,000 bail.4:25 a.m. Saturday — Jessica L. Martrano, 24, of Butler was charged with criminal trespass after she allegedly stayed in the Wick Street home of Amber Vantine without permission while Vantine was in jail.9:52 p.m. Friday — James T. Heyward, 18, of Evans City and two 17-year-old Butler boys each were charged with careless driving and one-way roadways after police responded to a report of cars spinning tires and racing in Butler Memorial Park. After being discovered, the suspects allegedly turned off their lights and attempted to flee down a one-way street.2:48 p.m. Oct. 21 — Eric Hathaway, 43, of Butler was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicles and careless driving after the car he was driving collided with a car driven by Deanna Fennick, 34, of Butler. No one was injured in the collision.11 p.m. Oct. 20 — Two residences in the 700 block of South Main Street were burglarized between 10:30 and 11 p.m. Several items were taken from each home.6:30 p.m. Oct. 17 — A pickup owned by Dale R. Freshcorn of Butler was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle while it was parked along North Monroe Street. The suspect vehicle caused heavy damage to the truck's passenger side and left behind black paint.
