Knoch students take ‘bike bus’ on last day of school

For the last day of the 2025-26 school year, some Knoch School District students chose an alternative way of getting to school.
Students and their parents rode their “bike bus,” a chain of bicycles, from Roebling Park to the district’s schools Wednesday morning, June 10.
Families were able to gather for some fun at the park’s playground before taking off on their bikes around 8:45 a.m. Participants followed a 1.5-mile route through Saxonburg before the students headed into their last day before summer break.
