Police reports as of June 1

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

May 20 — Kaylynn Rose Ford, 30, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 18 incident. Police said Ford had a blood alcohol content of 0.128%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 20 — Kassandra Lynn Walker, 40, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement and controlled substance possession following a May 20 incident. Police said Walker used a false first name and had suspected heroin.

May 20 — Adam Daniel Dunkle, 45, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a May 19 incident. Police said Dunkle had suspected heroin.

May 20 — Brittany J. Boring, 34, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a May 19 incident. Police said Boring had 13 stamp bags of a suspected controlled substance.

Evans City

May 20 — Michael Walter Petrak, 43, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor theft counts and misdemeanor receiving stolen property following a May 20 incident. Police said Petrak stole gas from Kwik Fill.

Northern Regional

May 20 — Rick Ellis, of Seven Fields, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and terroristic threats following a May 20 incident in Seven Fields. Police said Ellis pulled a woman by her shirt and arm, pushed her against a wall and threatened to kill her.

State police, Butler

April 28 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at mile marker 81 on Interstate 79 north in Cranberry Township. Police said the Suzuki GSX of Reese C. Hulsinger, 18, of Pittsburgh, sustained a mechanical failure and rolled over. Hulsinger was transported to Allegheny General Hospital with suspected serious injuries.

May 12 — Police investigated a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of West Sunbury and Holyoke roads in Center Township. Police said Keith A. Moffett, 71, of Portersville, proceeded into an intersection before it was clear and was struck by Daniel R. Stakeley, 37, of Butler. The impact caused Stakeley’s Toyota Corolla to roll and briefly catch fire. Stakeley was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital with possible injuries.

May 18 — Sheridan Renee Naugle, 22, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 1 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Naugle had a blood alcohol content of 0.192%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 20 — Robert Peter McGee Jr., 36, of New Brighton, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of loitering and DUI following an April 7 crash in Forward Township. Police said McGee refused to leave a property and showed signs of impairment.

May 20 — Keith A. Fleeger, 51, of West Sunbury, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 5 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Fleeger had a blood alcohol content of 0.139%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 20 — Tina Marie Davies, 41, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 18 crash in Summit Township. Police said Davies had THC wax and a glass smoking device and showed signs of impairment.

May 26 — Roy S. Mazzarini, 65, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 1 traffic stop in Forward Township. Police said Mazzarini tested positive for cocaine.
