Police reports as of May 26

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

May 7 — Austin John Langell, 33, of Gibsonia, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 21 crash. Police said Langell had a blood alcohol content of 0.23%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 7 — Joseph Paul Ferraro, 60, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 13 traffic stop. Police said Ferraro had a glass jar of suspected marijuana and a glass smoking pipe.

May 7 — Joshua David Geyer, 39, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 15 crash. Police said Geyer had a blood alcohol content of 0.223%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

May 7 — Samantha L. Biggins, 39, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 29 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Biggins had a blood alcohol content of 0.157%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 7 — Jacob Alan Daniels, 23, of Saxonburg, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 14 traffic stop in Clearfield Township. Police said Daniels tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.094%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 8 — Christopher Pat Vallely, 42, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 12 traffic stop in Mars. Police said Vallely had a blood alcohol content of 0.08%, which is the legal limit in Pennsylvania.

May 8 — Jessica Kay Osborne, 46, of Spartansburg, was charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment and two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 17 crash in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Osborne almost struck several construction workers and had a blood alcohol content of 0.137%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 10 — Jordan Xzavier Hilliard, 40, of Enola, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement following a May 10 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Hilliard used a false last name.

May 24 — Police investigated a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Branchton and Harmony roads in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Kathleen C. Kelly, 69, of Grove City, entered an intersection before it was clear in her Honda Accord and struck the Kia Soul of Matthew T. St. John, 37, of Bruin. Kelly was transported to AHN Grove City hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
