Woman injured in Rt. 38 accident
A woman was taken to an area hospital by Karns City Ambulance on Friday afternoon after a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Routes 38 and 138. According to witnesses, a Toyota Tundra traveling north on Route 38 crossed the center line, hitting a bank while a red Jeep Cherokee traveling south on Route 38 hit the side of the truck. North Washington and West Sunbury volunteer firefighters were directing traffic while the state police investigated the crash. Traffic was restricted to one lane.
