Incumbent Hertzog prevails by 1 vote
BRADY TWP — The Republican incumbent edged a local businessman by just a single vote to win the single supervisors seat up for grabs.
Kenneth Hertzog will resume his duties on the board of supervisors if the unofficial election results released online by the county Bureau of Elections hold up.
Democrat Donald Staiger, who owns a body shop in the township, received 87 votes to Hertzog's 88 on Tuesday.
Hertzog said getting a new township building with road crew facilities is a priority in the township.
Neither man was available for comment on the election results Tuesday night.
