Chamber contracts 1st executive director

Jordan Grady
Post created to meet needs

The Butler County Chamber of Commerce executive board has voted to add the position of executive director to its leadership team.

Stan Kosciuszko, chamber president, said in a news release Tuesday that Jordan Grady, project coordinator for Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, will serve as the chamber's executive director as a loaned executive.

Kosciuszko said Grady, who is a chamber board member, will serve a contract term of one year. The contract, which is with the Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, will be approved annually by the chamber board.

He said the contract will enable the chamber to affordably and efficiently expand its services and reach in the business community.

The executive director position was developed to help the chamber meet the growing needs of the business community in the county, further business interests and expand the business networks of its members, according to the news release.

Grady will work under Kosciuszko to provide oversight on membership recruitment and retention along with coordination and expansion of benefit and sponsorship opportunities for members.

Grady also will work to develop an increased social media outreach, enhance communication and expand the chamber's online capabilities.

“Jordan has already been a positive energy on our board of directors, our events and our programs,” Kosciuszko said. “He has led the Butler County Young Professionals to record membership and activities, and it will be exciting for our membership to reap the benefits of his enthusiasm and inventiveness.”

Grady said he is excited to work with Kosciuszko and the chamber.

“Stan has played a pivotal role in my professional development, and I am fortunate I get to work with him on a day-to-day basis,” Grady said. “I look forward to interacting with such an accomplished organization with wonderful members.”

Grady will begin his new position on Monday.
