The 8th District seat in the state House of Representatives includes the Butler County municipalities of Brady, Center, Cherry, Clay, Franklin, Marion, Mercer, Muddy Creek and Worth townships and Harrisville, Portersville, West Liberty and West Sunbury. The district’s area was incorrect in a story in Friday’s edition about the candidacy of Jeffrey Black of Grove City.
