GROVE CITY — The Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV is offering a three-day guest teacher training program to make college graduates eligible to become emergency substitute teachers.

The training will be at the MIU IV office on Feb. 18-20 and will focus on classroom management, instructional strategies, school procedures and routines, team building and positive behavior in the classroom.
