MADISON TWP, Clarion County — A 50-year-old Templeton man was found dead Friday after he crashed his pickup truck on Traister Road near Lawnsonham Road.

State police say Mark W. Lawniczak was partially thrown from his Dodge Ram truck after he drove off the road and crashed into the embankment.

Lawniczak, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pinned between the driver’s side of the vehicle and the embankment, according to police.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The date and time the accident occurred is still under investigation.

However, police went to the accident about 6:20 a.m. Friday.
