Computation Board to continue process Monday

The Butler County Computation Board had not finished certifying election results as of Friday night.

Chantell McCurdy, Butler County Bureau of Elections director, said the board will pick up the election certification process on Monday morning.

“We finished evaluating the write ins for the 11th legislative district,” said McCurdy. “The numbers on the website are still the most up to date ones we have.”

Unofficial results for the 11th District race showed incumbent Marci Mustello winning by more than 16,000 votes.

Results will become official once all write-in ballots are counted and all results are certified by the Butler County Computation Board.

Current information on the Bureau of Elections website shows no remaining uncounted provisional ballots.
