A pickup hit the side of the Brennan Builders building on South Washington Street in Evans City Tuesday. Chief Steve Bicehouse of the Evans City Volunteer Fire Department said the driver, whose name was unavailable, received minor injuries. Bicehouse said the impact cracked some brick and pushed in a wall, but it was safe to occupy the building until repairs can be made. The accident was reported in a 4:58 p.m. call to 911.
