Sixty-three customers of West Penn Power Co. in Butler County were without power this morning.

Smaller pockets of outages have hit in or near Slippery Rock, Chicora, Petrolia and East Butler, according to the company’s Website.

The Website reports that service should be restored by 11 p.m. today.

Around 3,900 customers in Butler, Armstrong and Beaver counties were without power Tuesday night after a storm hit at around 6:30 p.m., according to a power company spokesman.
