William F. Noland, 91, of Lancaster Township died Monday at Evergreen Nursing Center.

He was a former Merchant Marine and served with the Coast Guard in World War II.

He was the beloved husband of Joan Noland; dear father of Agnes and Jerome Dunn, William and Cindy Noland, Frank Noland, Anna Mae and Edward Ortiz, Glenn and Cindy Noland and the late Viola Bonnell and the late Mary Fessler; and the brother of Jennifer Beamer, Frank P. Noland and the late Harold Noland. He also is survived by 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a great-grandson.

<B>NOLAND</B> — Friends of William F. Noland, who died Monday, July 16, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at <B>George A. Thoma Funeral Home</B>, 10418 Perry Highway, Wexford. A blessing service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
