In the early morning hours of Saturday, Aug. 8, Congress couldn’t agree that people need proof of citizenship to vote. The Fourteenth Amendment prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections. The problem, I feel, is the Constitution is not explicit about what defines a citizen.

It is that narrative that Sens. Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Thom Tillis, Mitch McConnell and the entire Democratic Party hide behind. Congresspeople who fear they may lose their seat because noncitizens in their districts will evoke controversy are essentially tools of the Democratic Party. I feel the Democrats seek amnesty for tens of millions of noncitizens who will vote to keep them in power and continue their socialist agenda.

If you’re a Democrat, you better think twice before voting for your party’s nominees. If you think that forcing citizens to pay for free education, universal healthcare, federal restrictions on the economy and remapping our personal rights will build a better world, then you should be interested in buying lots of cheap beachfront property in Iran.
