Frank Phillip Lucas, 62, of Kennewick, Wash., formerly of Butler County, passed away April 13.

He served proudly in the military and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

Frank was a Tri-Cities resident in Washington for more than 30 years and worked for Fluor Federal Services.

He is survived by his three children, Sean Lucas, Stacy Tramel and Timothy Lucas; his four grandchildren; his parents, Bill and Edith Lucas; a brother, Bill Lucas; and a sister, Carol Means.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela, of 38 years.
