Janet Louise Lewicke, 48, of Slippery Rock Township, formerly of Manchester, Md., passed away Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. of natural causes at her residence.

She was born Jan. 28, 1963, in Pittsburgh to Robert M. Lewicke and Carol L. Shanosky.

She graduated from Laurel High School in 1980 and attended Slippery Rock University.

She has worked as a mortgage loan officer/originator and was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her son, Easton Grover of Santa Fe, N.M.; her partner, Christopher Cockey of Manchester, Md.; her parents; her maternal grandmother, Louise Shanosky of Portersville; one brother, Mark Lewicke of Timonium, Md.; and one niece, Katlyn Lewicke of Portersville.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Marcia Lewicke.
