Police reports as of July 7

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

June 24 — Kenyetta Rayvonne Jones, 30, of Butler, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a June 23 traffic stop. Police said Jones had cocaine, a glass smoking pipe and a small amount of marijuana.

Cranberry Twp

June 12 — Nicholas C. Dignall, 24, of Sharon, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following an April 1 incident. Police said Dignall punched a man multiple times causing five nose fractures and an upper jaw fracture.

June 12 — Hugo Aranda was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a June 12 incident. Police said Aranda stole $509.49 in merchandise from Walmart.

June 13 — Hanssel Aranda was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a June 12 incident. Police said Aranda stole $509.49 in merchandise from Walmart.

Harrisville

June 16 — Charles Joseph Beckhans, 21, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a June 16 incident. Police said Beckhans punched a woman in the face.

Jackson Twp

June 23 — Dominic Charles Lucchini, 18, of Mars, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 11 crash. Police said Lucchini had a blood alcohol content of 0.19%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 24 — Noah Jacob Difrischia, 42, of Zelienople, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 31 traffic stop. Police said Difrischia had a blood alcohol content of 0.147%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
