Cynthia Seybert

Cynthia Lou Seybert, 72, of Hilliards, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 13, 2026, at her home.

She was born July 30, 1953, the daughter of William L. and Ruth M. (Kelly) Bussard.

Cynthia was a graduate of Karns City High School, Class of 1971. She retired from working at the underground mine in Boyers after several decades. She will be remembered as a genuine horse enthusiast.

She is survived by her sister, Deborah, and her husband, Dr. Thomas Painter, of Pittsburgh; one niece, Elizabeth Painter; and one nephew, Timothy G. Slagle.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Slagle; and an infant brother.

SEYBERT — A gathering in memory of Cynthia Lou Seybert, who died Saturday, June 13, 2026, will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.
