Karns City should have entertained offer for vacant school
Great reporting! Reporter Sol McCormick described the damages that many in public education do to families and students on Dec. 20, (“K.C. district prepares to tear down former elementary,” Page 1).
Rather than let anyone benefit from buying the well-built Sugarcreek Elementary School and putting it to good, job-providing use, the school board wants to tear it down. Worse, they want to replace it with “soccer fields.”
Anyone can google “brain damage caused by heading soccer balls.” The Karn's City school board is obediently obeying what many school superintendents feel called to provide: poorer families and more brain-damaged students.
That's how many in public education say: “merry Christmas!”
