Helen M. Wylie
Helen M. Wylie, 83, of Saxonburg passed away Friday at the Alle-Kiski Medical Center.
Born Feb. 1, 1928, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of Joseph F. Baumgartel and Lena M. Seibert Baumgartel.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Wylie was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Sarver and a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She also was a Gold Star Mother.
She enjoyed playing cards, reading, crossword puzzles, crafts, trips to the mountains and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are her children, Arthur Wylie of Saxonburg, Betty (Donald) Wagner of Sarver, Chester Wylie of Saxonburg, Carl Wylie of Saxonburg, Nancy Wylie of Cabot and Doris (David) Ott of Sarver; her brother, Ralph H. (Audrey) Baumgartel of Murrysville; and three grandchildren, Vicki Kunkle, Sonny Ott and Denver Ott.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Howard “Sonny” Wylie, on April 3, 1991; her son, Glenn Wylie; two brothers, Walter Baumgartel and Earl Baumgartel; and an infant brother.
<B>WYLIE </B>— Friends of Helen M. Wylie, who died Friday, May 20, 2011, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at the Westminster Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Interment will follow in the Westminster Presby.
