While methods can reduce the risk of STD's, there is no vaccine, contraceptive, or otherwise divine prophylactic to 100% effectively guarantee the prevention of STD's or unwanted pregnancies. This is fact, otherwise known as "mantra" by the underage intercourse enthusiasts. You want to protect your kids? Tell them the truth, talk with them, set the example, know what they are doing where and with whom. Or host weekend orgies for your children, and let them see you, the parent, with different sexual partners for every night of the week-or worse yet contracting an incurable disease. Anything less would be hypocritical to the left's crusade against common sense.
