Alice Thompson
Alice M. Di Tullio Thompson, 86, of Akron, Ohio, died Wednesday morning.
Alice was born in Butler in 1921 and moved to Akron in 1941.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred E. Thompson, owner of Al Thompson Chevrolet, in 1997, to whom she was married 54 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Michele (Richard) Arway of New Jersey, Rosemary Passeos of Akron and Angela Malicke of Bath, Ohio. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Brent (Eileen) Arway, Brian (Isabelle) Arway, Rick (Kristine) Arway, Renee (William) Paterro and Ernie Passeos Jr.; and 12 great-grandchildren, Cassandra, Andrew and Briget, Alexis and Richard, Christopher, Kathryn and Matthew Arway, Victoria, Elizabeth and William Paterno, Summer Passeos, who all loved her dearly. Alice is also survived by sisters Mary Kelly of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Donna Jackley of California, Rose Nanni of Cleveland, Ohio, and Elenore (Richard) Rodgers of Butler.
Alice was a charter member of St. Hilary Catholic Church.
<B>THOMPSON</B> — Friends of Alice M. Di Tullio Thompson, who died Wednesday, March 26, 2008, will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Ciriello and Carr Fairlawn Chapel</B>, 39 S. Miller Road, Fairlawn, Ohio. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the St. Hilary Catholic Church. Burial will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery.Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Alice's name.
