Those who solicit a crime are as culpable as the perpetrator

If a person in a position of authority orders or commands a subordinate to commit a crime, they are just as guilty as the perpetrator. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act is an effective tool to fight organized crime.

As such, any government official who issues instructions to their underlings to defy federal immigration law is committing a criminal act.

I feel governors, mayors and other officials who harbor illegal immigrants are committing treason against the country and failing to protect the legal citizens they are obligated to protect.

Beginning Jan. 20, these lawbreakers need to be arrested and stripped of their taxpayer paid pensions.
