Butler Township road paving projects will begin this week and continue through August as weather permits. No work will be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays.

The following roads are scheduled to be milled and paved and will be completed in the following order: Buttercup Road, Highland Avenue, South Eberhart Road, Maple Grove Drive, Avon Drive, Camelot Drive, South Duffy Road, Hindman Road, Aubrey Drive, South Links Avenue, Red Oak Drive, West Metzger Avenue, Oakhurst Drive and Spooner Drive.

Road milling on the first half of the list was scheduled to begin on Monday and will continue through Thursday. Paving will begin Friday and continue through Aug. 17. The second round of milling is scheduled to begin Aug. 20 and paving will begin Aug. 24.

Portman Road, Limberg Street and Cecelia Street are scheduled for paving only and will be placed in the work schedule as time allows.

Road closures will not be necessary during the milling process, but roads may need to be closed during paving. Updates will be posted on the township website and Facebook page.
