Preston’s Pearl is taking to Lake Arthur for its fourth season of ferrying Moraine State Park visitors around the lake for sightseeing tours starting Saturday, May 25.
From late May through the end of October, Moraine will offer cruises on Preston’s Pearl on Saturdays and Sundays at 1 p.m., and starting in June, Wednesdays at 3 p.m. as well.
Preston’s Pearl first took to the lake in the summer of 2021, as a bigger replacement for Moraine’s previous cruise ship, Nautical Nature. The Pearl features two decks and can fit up to 40 guests.
Passengers board at McDanel’s Launch on the North Shore of Moraine State Park. Each cruise takes passengers around nearly the entirety of Lake Arthur in roughly 90 minutes.
