Joyce M. Walsh, 78, of Clay Township, passed away at her home on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Joyce was born on Nov. 9, 1945, in West Virginia, to the late Dorsey I. Tomey and the late Ruth Ann Ward Tomey.

Joyce is survived by two sons, George Walsh (Jared) of Butler and Steve Walsh (“Britches”) of Butler; one daughter, Peggy Steele (Michael); one granddaughter, Amber Lynn Walsh (“Shorty”); and one great-granddaughter, Kayden Carr.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, George Walsh, who passed away Nov. 20, 2012.

WALSH — Cremation services for Joyce M. Walsh, who died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, have been entrusted to WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, West Sunbury. Inurnment in West Sunbury Union Cemetery will be private.
