Virginia Hobbs

Virginia Aggas Hobbs of Butler celebrated her 80th birthday with a surprise party given by her children at Lick Hill Fire Hall.

She was born June 12, 1934, in Butler.

She is the mother of four children, Donna Lawson, Phylis Spiece and Paul Timblin, all of Butler, and Jerry, who is deceased. She also has 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Hobbs is a homemaker and formerly worked at Vinmar Restaurant.

She enjoys gardening and playing the accordion. She also enjoys playing the piano for vacation Bible school.

She attends Springdale Lutheran Church.
