Marc Alan Fry, 54, of Butler passed away on Wednesday at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot.

Born Aug. 3, 1956, in Greensburg, he was the son of Robert Murray Fry and Mary (Zappone) Fry.

Marc was a 1980 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.

Marc began his career at Paul's Pharmacy in Greensburg and Youngwood, along with his father. Over the years, he worked for several pharmacies, including Children's Hospital and the Alle-Kiski Medical Center and most recently at Giant Eagle.

Surviving are his loving wife, Robin Mansfield Fry, who he married Oct. 18, 1991; his sons, Zachary Donald Fry at home and Robert Amene Fry of Greensburg; his mother, Mary Fry of Greensburg; his sisters, Lori (Jack) Owen of North Hills and Carol (Luke) Grmek of Greensburg; four nephews; two nieces; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Murray Fry.

The family also would also like to acknowledge the help and kindness of friends, Drs. Ashim and Pamela Dayalan, Patricia Taylor, Cliff and Robin Long and the entire staffs of UPMC Cancer Center at UPMC Passavant, the Concordia Visiting Nurses and Good Samaritan Hospice.

<B>FRY </B>— Friends of Marc Alan Fry, who died Wednesday, May 11, 2011, will be received Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Denny Senft officiating.
