Helen Spinder Fedokovitz, 92, of Lyndora died early Wednesday morning at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Dec. 23, 1917, in Lyndora, she was a daughter of the late Andy and Nellie (O'Shurak) Spinder.

She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church in Lyndora and also the St. Michael Fellowship Group.

Surviving are her twin sons, Donald Fedokovitz and his wife, Loreen, of Butler and Ronald Fedokovitz and his wife, Lila, of Flat Rock, Mich,; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas Fedokovitz, who she married June 23, 1940. He died Jan. 21, 2002. A brother and two sisters also preceded her in death.

<B>Fedokovitz </B>—<B> </B>Friends of Helen Spinder Fedokovitz, who died Wednesday, April 14, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church, 610 Hansen Ave., Lyndora. The Rev. Douglas Lorance, pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Butler.Parastas services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
