12:25 a.m. Sunday — Ricky Pisarchick, 46, of Center Township was arrested for driving under the influence on North Main Street hill. Police also cited Pisarchick for disregarding traffic lanes.9:47 p.m. Saturday — Larry Dunkle, 37, of Summit Township was arrested for DUI on East Jefferson Street. Police also cited Dunkle for driving too fast for conditions.1:15 a.m. Saturday — Tammy McLaughlin, 48, of Butler Township was arrested for DUI on West New Castle Street. Police also cited McLaughlin for driving on the wrong side of the road and a lighting violation.7:38 p.m. Friday — Brian Dumbaugh, 24, of Butler Township was arrested after police found 10 stamp bags of suspected heroin and several syringes in his minivan parked on East Jefferson Street. Police charged Dumbaugh with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
6:20 a.m. Sunday — Acar driven by Esther Kelley, no age given, of Slippery Rock struck a deer on Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township.1:30 a.m. Sunday — Aaron Steighner, 21, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at West Brewster and Benbrook roads in Center Township.Sunday — Police reported that someone between June and July stole a 35-barrel oil stock tank on Hasenflu Road in Parker Township. Clarence Hasenflu of St. Petersburg, Clarion County, owns the 8-foot wide and 7-foot high tank.8:05 p.m. Saturday — Rick Allen Kriess, 31, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his car traveled through three front yards, and struck several mailboxes and trees before rolling along onto its roof along Gameland Road in Donegal Township.3:30 p.m. Saturday — A 46-year-old Slippery Rock woman told police an unknown white man exposed himself while seated in his car at the Clearview Mall parking lot in Center Township. The woman said the car was a white Oldsmobile sedan.3:07 a.m. Saturday — Derek Owen, 29, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his car struck an embankment on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township.1:15 a.m. Saturday — Marc D. Frey, 42, of York, York County, was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 356 near Moraine Pointe Plaza in Butler Township.Saturday — William James Rose of Petrolia reported someone between 8 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Saturday stole a state inspection sticker from the windshield of his vehicle at the Boltz Uni-Mart parking lot on Jamison Street in Petrolia.Saturday — An unknown driver in an unidentified vehicle struck a sport utility vehicle parked on Main Street in Bruin, and did not stop. Allen Bartoe of Petrolia owns the SUV.10:20 p.m. Friday — Timothy Dietrich, 25, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his vehicle struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof on Route 68 in Oakland Township. Dietrich was treated for minor injuries at Butler Memorial Hospital.1:30 a.m. Friday — A pickup truck driven by Michael Reed, 37, of Butler struck a guardrail on Morrow Road in Clearfield Township. Police said Reed, who suffered minor injuries, fled and left the truck behind.Friday — Several undisclosed items were stolen between 9 a.m. Wednesday and 12:30 p.m. Friday in a burglary at the Robbie Way home of Walter Lyon in Muddy Creek Township.Friday — Three election signs were stolen between Wednesday and Friday from the Youkers Road home of Harvey Pflugh in Franklin Township.7:10 p.m. Thursday — Acar driven by Deryk Cook, 18, of Eau Claire and a sport utility vehicle driven by Skye Lehocky, 39, of Oil City, Venango County, collided on Route 38 near Interstate 80 in Allegheny Township.2:20 a.m. Thursday — Two fugitives were arrested at a traffic stop at Muddy Creek Drive and Route 8 in Center Township.Gregory Frampton, 30, no known address, was intoxicated when his car was pulled over. Frampton and Rachelle Tarr, 22, no known address, are both accused of giving police false names and dates of birth.Police said Tarr's 2-year-old daughter was in the back seat of the car and not secured in a safety seat.Investigators later learned Frampton was wanted on a warrant in Ohio in an assault case, and Tarr was wanted on a warrant for DUIissued in Mercer County. Frampton tried unsuccessfully to escape after troopers discovered he was wanted.District Judge Lewis Stoughton arraigned Frampton on charges of DUI, reckless endangerment, hindering apprehension and a number of traffic violations. He was placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bond.Stoughton also arraigned Tarr on charges of disorderly conduct and hindering apprehension. She was placed in the county prison on $10,000 bond.
4:25 p.m. Friday — Cars driven by John Heter, 18, and Shelly Springer, no age given, both of Rimersburg, collided on Henry Road near Huey Road in Rimersburg.
12:25 p.m. Saturday — Cars driven by Joshua Stahlman, 18, of Slippery Rock and Kayla Wagner, 20, of Girard, Erie County, collided on North Liberty Road near SchmidtRoad in Pine Township.
