Joyce Ann Disher
Joyce Ann Disher, 66, of Butler died Wednesday after a valiant fight against leukemia.
She was born Jan. 27, 1944.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing, camping and most of all her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Jon Disher of Mars; sons, Joseph and Stephen Cowan of Butler; a daughter, Kristina Zeiler of Creekside, Indiana County; a daughter-in-law, Michelle Cowan of Butler; a son-in-law, Michael Zeiler of Creekside; grandchildren, Jennifer, Lauren and Joseph Cowan Jr. of Butler, Amanda Cowan of Cranberry Township, Kourtney and Kendra Shay of Creekside and Cody Mitchell of California; a great-grandson, Seth Green of Creekside; two sisters, Prudence Smith and Susann Warner of Westview; a brother, Lance Warner of California; a number of cousins, aunts and uncles; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elias Wilson Ferguson; her mother, Prudence Susann Warner; her two beloved dogs, Puppy and Junior; and her oldest son, Timothy Mitchell.
